Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

AguaDash connects customers who need water delivery with drivers and operators who fulfill those orders. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, and what happens when you delete your account.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as your name, email address, profile photo, and role.
  • Profile and operational details such as phone number, delivery address, saved map pin, vehicle details, and payout profile information for drivers.
  • Location information when you use delivery-location confirmation, live driver tracking, or driver availability features.
  • Order and payment data such as delivery requests, pricing breakdowns, transaction references, payout records, and fulfillment status updates.
  • Device and notification data such as Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens used to send delivery and support updates.
  • Support communications when you chat with AguaDash support.

How we use your information

  • To authenticate you and keep your AguaDash account secure.
  • To match orders, route deliveries, show live status, and help drivers reach the correct destination.
  • To process payments, reconcile settlements, and manage driver withdrawals.
  • To send operational notifications about orders, support requests, and service issues.
  • To investigate disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain service integrity.

Location and map data

AguaDash uses map and geolocation features to help customers pin delivery points and to help drivers update live delivery progress. We only request location access when it is needed for those features. If you deny location access, some delivery and tracking features may not work correctly.

Payments and financial records

AguaDash stores payment references, transaction status, and settlement records needed to confirm delivery payments, support refunds, and reconcile driver payouts. We do not store full card details inside the app codebase shown to users.

Sharing

We share only the information necessary to operate the service, including with Firebase, map and geocoding providers, payment providers, and support or operational staff who need access to fulfill deliveries, resolve issues, or maintain the platform.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account from inside the AguaDash app. When you do, we remove your profile, support chat, subscriptions, notification tokens, and other account-linked data that is no longer required. Completed orders, reconciliations, and financial records may be retained in anonymized form so AguaDash can preserve accounting, operational, and fraud-review history without keeping your active account profile.

Your choices

  • You can update your profile details from inside the app.
  • You can control notification permissions from your device settings.
  • You can delete your account from the in-app Account & Legal screen, subject to any active delivery or unresolved payout restrictions.
