By creating an AguaDash account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service description
AguaDash is a delivery platform for water orders. Customers can place orders and track deliveries. Drivers can receive assignments, manage live delivery status, and request eligible withdrawals.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for the activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate profile and delivery details.
- Driver access may be subject to approval, profile review, or operational requirements.
Orders, pricing, and cancellation
- Displayed prices may include base charges, delivery fees, booking fees, surcharges, and applicable promotions.
- Customers should confirm their delivery pin and address carefully before placing an order.
- Orders may be cancelled, but cancellation fees can apply once a driver has accepted or started the trip.
Payments and payouts
- Payments may be processed through supported mobile money, card, or cash-on-delivery flows.
- Drivers may only request withdrawals for eligible balances and may be required to complete payout-profile details first.
- AguaDash may hold, reject, or review transactions where fraud, abuse, or operational disputes are suspected.
Driver obligations
- Drivers must maintain accurate vehicle, pricing, and availability information.
- Drivers must update live delivery states honestly and deliver only through authorized platform workflows.
- AguaDash may suspend or remove driver access for unsafe conduct, fraud, or repeated service failures.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the app, interfere with dispatching, attempt unauthorized access, falsify records, abuse support channels, or use AguaDash in a way that violates law or harms customers, drivers, or the platform.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from inside the app. AguaDash may delay deletion when active deliveries, unresolved operational issues, or pending driver payouts still require action. After deletion, some historical records may be retained in anonymized form for accounting, fraud prevention, and service auditing.
Changes
AguaDash may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
